It is essential for us to continually improve our operations in order to manage impacts on the environment and the communities around us:
- Our facilities all run on hydroelectric energy which is 100% renewable.
- We have a passive cooling and heat recovery systems that allow us to naturally cool and heat our factory.
- All of the water used in our process is in closed cycle.
- Concept of the 3Rs: Reduce, Recycled and Recyclable
In our action plan for sustainable development, we aim to create our own closed-loop recycling program by packing and returning all production scraps.
We work with world-class partners to ensure that all production waste is 100% recycled and then reintroduced into the supply chain to promote circular economy.
As a manufacturing company, we have a duty to innovate, we have the ability to transform used materials and give them a new life that is synonymous with post-consumption.
- 100% PCR PET : This Polyester is produced from 100% post-consumption recycled content and is indefinitely recyclable creating a closed-loop process.

1994
The company relocates to 8801 Place Marien, Montreal and a 10,000 sq. ft. expansion is made to meet the growing needs of our customers.
1997
Implementation of 3D modeling programs with high-quality presentation tools.
1999
Significant investments to our mold and prototype departments: Purchase of our first CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine.
2007
Integration of an ISO 9001 quality control management system.
2015
More than 20,000 sq. ft. are added to our plant to house several new state-of-the-art machines that yield greater production flexibility.
